This remodel to the existing 720 Olive Building in the Denny Triangle neighborhood replaced ground floor bank functions with updated office, retail and restaurant space. The outdoor plaza space creates a more inviting entry to the building off of Olive Way, and balances private restaurant seating with a more public seating and planting element anchoring the corner.​
