As the prime consultant, Site Workshop led the first phase of Destination Point Defiance, a redevelopment of the park's waterfront. Building upon extensive remediation work at the Superfund site, the project features an expansive, 11-acre public park on the existing peninsula and improves access to the waterfront—creating a trail, pedestrian bridge, and associated amenities for pedestrians and cyclists. Visitors enjoy the park for its spectacular vistas, engaging habitats, and recreation opportunities.
