Jazz House is a new affordable housing development in the North Beacon Hill neighborhood which will provide a new home to the music school, JazzEd, in addition to 5 stories of affordable apartments above. The non-profit school offers music classes to all school-age, Seattle students regardless of their ability to pay, and is passionate about strengthening the local community through music education. To support this mission, a streetfront plaza flows into the groundfloor entry with a cafe and performance space that invites the community to engage.
