Born and raised in Northern California, Jonathan has been enjoying living in Seattle since 2004. He completed his graduate studies at the University of Washington in landscape architecture after receiving his Bachelor’s degree in environmental and natural resource science from the University of Nevada, Reno. Before joining Site Workshop, Jonathan worked for a zoological architecture firm that designed complex, large scale projects all around the world.
Jonathan has an enthusiastic passion for environmental design and green infrastructure. He has been particularly interested in using a multi-disciplinary approach towards sustainable design that creates diverse urban spaces and ultimately a healthier community. When not pursuing his professional interests, he spends his time exploring the mountains, running, skateboarding, cooking, and playing guitar.
Jonathan's projects include Kiwanis Methow Park, the University of Washington Population Health Facility and Swedish Hospital North Tower.
