Jordan West Monez

Jordan designs spaces and experiences that cultivate community and bring ecological awareness and art to everyday life. She is grounded in a deep interest in place and motivated by the desire to work with community members and interdisciplinary teams to create spaces that connect people to the environment and each other.
Jordan holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia. Her work as a landscape designer at Site Workshop is informed by a career path through public space management, arts administration and curation, community design, environmental planning, public art, cartography, and communication design.
Outside of the office, Jordan serves on the Board of Directors for Mini Mart City Park, a place for the arts, education, environmental action, and community collaboration in the Duwamish Valley. In her free time, Jordan enjoys exploring the outdoors, creating and experiencing art, and live music.
