The campus plan is organized along a central east-west spine, with a 20-foot grade change through its center. The design aims to create a facility which enhances the site's natural features and takes advantage of its varied topography. The preservation of existing forest and wetland vegetation, as well as generous buffers, help to clean stormwater runoff.
