As part of a phased expansion, Seattle Children's Hospital requested the vacation of 42,000 SF of the public right-of-way. Site Workshop provided landscape architectural service throughout the master-planning and design process, helping define a public benefits package that was reviewed closely by the community and municipal agencies. Amenities range from street improvements to community gathering places and richly-planted green space.
