Skyline II

Site Workshop is designing the landscape architecture for Skyline II, a new senior-living residential tower planned in First Hill. The project directly faces its predecessor, Skyline I, across the street.  A primary design consideration involves connecting the towers though accessible, street level paths and via a skybridge so that residents can easily access amenities in both buildings. The new tower features a rooftop terrace adjacent to a community room with views to downtown, a fire pit gathering area and an enclosed dog run.
