This project establishes a graceful transition along a steep slope, and reinforces the visual connection between groves of surrounding conifers and new plantings along the perimeter of the site. An array of elements including special paving, seat walls, sculptural signage, and a pedestrian-oriented auto court translates into a neighborhood framework that makes this project a welcome addition to the Eastlake community.
