5th & Lenora is a new 44-story residential tower in Belltown adjacent to the monorail. The quarter-block tower has a prominent street-level presence, with outdoor café seating and pedestrian-scale details at the entry. Up above are seven levels of public and private roofdecks with program that includes a dog area, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fitness, gardens, formal and informal gathering and dining. The project uses green stormwater strategies and is pursuing Salmon Safe certification.
