The 9th and Thomas development is a 12 story office tower in South Lake Union with three levels of roof terraces, and includes a penthouse residence on level 12.  The project steps up to the Thomas St. retail frontage with a pedestrian seating terrace, and creates a mid-block retail-arcade connection from 9th Ave to Westlake Ave.
