Part of the Denny Regrade Campus, Frontier (Block 18) is designed in the spirit of an urban treehouse, promoting health through access to biophilic environments both at street level and on private roof terraces. A central staircase zig-zags from the lobby level up 18 stories and provides opportunities to perch at multiple levels surrounded by greenery. Keeping with the theme, the planting palette resembles a forest understory with specimen plants that make a striking impact. At street-level, gracious and accessible connections reach out to adjacent neighborhood open-space networks.
