The Center of Physical Arts is a new mixed-use building near University Village in Seattle, WA, with a mission to support the physical arts. Located at the intersection of a single-family housing zone and the neighboring Burke Gilman Regional Bike Trail across the street. The streetscape design features sunken raingardens that are punctuated with accessible bridges at the building entrances. Custom street furnishings, ample bike parking, and robust right-of-way landscaping strengthen the pedestrian experience.
