Client: First Hill Improvement Association with the Department of Neighborhoods and Seattle Parks & Recreation

First Hill is the densest neighborhood north of San Francisco, yet has the least open space of all Seattle neighborhoods. The repositioning of this existing park is the direct outcome of a diverse outreach program that focused on equity within the community and the understanding of the park as an inclusive amenity.
