Foss Waterway Park

At the headwaters of the Foss, Waterway Park capitalizes on existing water access for small watercraft, and includes a new boathouse, trails, and off-leash dog area. Completed earlier this year, the schematic design process was grounded in close collaboration with the Tacoma community, key stakeholder groups including Metro Parks Tacoma, the Foss Waterway Development Authority, the marinas, and wide variety of human-powered watercraft groups.
