At the point where the Fremont lift bridge meets Florentia street, Site Workshop collaborated with skB Architects to design a high-end, mixed-use, commercial office development. The design integrates a new, 3 story building with the historic, landmarked Bleitz funeral home building that originally opened in 1921. The design features a large garden courtyard with views to the iconic Fremont lift bridge and filtered views through the tree canopy over the ship canal.
