Designed to exceed LEED Gold standards, Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences' STREAM Building is a model of sustainability. Captured rainwater meets 100% of the building's irrigation demand, along with permeable paving, bio-retention planters, vertical plantings, a green roof, and drought tolerant plantings that activate the street.
