The Snohomish County Campus, located on three contiguous blocks in the heart of downtown Everett, has transformed a once-anonymous area into a popular public place that serves as a 'front porch' for the city. Designed for both short and long-term growth, the plan provides a framework for future development while setting the vision for the area as a cornerstone of the downtown urban fabric.
