Site Workshop collaborated with NBBJ on an innovative design for a new 36-story office building in downtown Seattle. The Net reimagines the office experience through a focus on design features that improve wellbeing and performance, encouraging connection to nature. A three-level outdoor roof garden features planters that frame panoramic views of Seattle, Elliott Bay, and the surrounding mountain ranges. The project is pursuing LEED Gold and WELL Building Gold Certifications, in addition to encouraging healthy movement and providing restful outdoor spaces to socialize and recharge.
